1. Molding materials for EMC semiconductor component packaging.
2. MCPCB metal substrate insulation and thermal conductive filling.
3. TIM thermal conductive interface material thermal conductive filling.
4. Filling with potting adhesive / thermal conductive adhesive.
Storage:
Store in a tightly closed container. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, keep away from incompatible substances. Storage under a nitrogen blanket has been
recommended. Store protected from moisture.
