Description

The flake carbonyl iron powder produced by our company exhibits excellent temperature stability, a high aspect ratio, and high magnetic permeability, making it an excellent absorber material. The high-frequency magnetic properties of spherical carbonyl iron powder are limited by Snoek effect, which hinders its ability to meet the requirements for "thin, light, wide, and strong" absorption performance. In contrast, flake carbonyl iron powder can surpass the Snoek limit, enabling outstanding high-frequency electromagnetic performance. When the BM205C2 powder is mixed and melted with silicone rubber, samples of 300x300mm are produced. The measured curve is as follows:
