Description:

ATPN high-purity series boehmite powders have high crystal phase purity, low impurities, good gelation performance, strong bonding strength, large specific surface area, and moderate pore volume. Their performance is comparable to that of Sasol Boehmite powder, but at a lower price. Among them, the ATPN-3.5N-AH01 is obtained using the isopropyl aluminum method, and has the characteristics of high purity of 99.95%, uniform particle size, large pore volume, large specific surface area, high viscosity and high gelation index. Its performance is superior to that of Sasol Boehmite powder.

Applications:

1. Binders & Aluminum source
The high-purity Boehmite alumina series is primarily employed as a binder in the synthesis of catalytic cracking catalysts and as an aluminum source for molecular sieve synthesis. When used as a binder, the product not only enhances the strength of the catalyst but also adjusts the pore size distribution, improves the thermal and hydrothermal stability of the catalyst, regulates the density of acid active centers in the catalyst, and enhances catalytic activity.
2. Catalyst supports / Catalyst carriers
The high-purity Boehmite alumina series products are widely used as catalyst supports in various chemical, refining, and petrochemical reactions. Typical examples include catalyst supports for hydrofining, catalyst supports for reforming, and catalyst supports for methane conversion.
3. Other applications
Used as a substitute for Sasol Boehmite powder;
Used to produce high-grade abrasives, easy to sinter, high hardness, high bulk density;
Used as a coloring agent and stabilizer in the glass and enamel industry;
Used in the ink and optoelectronics industries.
