Powder
Characteristics:
This product is made from Fe-Si-Cr soft magnetic alloy powder that has been processed into a flake-like structure. The powder has a regular morphology, a large aspect ratio, uniform thickness, and a concentrated, controllable particle size distribution. It exhibits high saturation, magnetic flux density, high permeability, and low loss, making it an ideal electromagnetic wave absorber.

Product Applications:
All of the above-mentioned powder specifications can be mixed with various polymer materials and then processed into film-like absorptive materials, absorptive coatings, thermally conductive absorptive materials, etc., through techniques such as calendaring, casting, injection molding, extrusion, and compression. These materials can be widely applied in scenarios such as RFID electronic tags (125K/13.56M), mobile phones, tablets, laptops, digital cameras, wireless routers, GPS devices, and LCD televisions. They effectively reduce electromagnetic radiation and suppress electromagnetic interference.
Storage:
This product is packed in plastic bags and placed in plastic pails. It should
be stored at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight and rain, and
kept away from fire sources. The product has a shelf life of 2 years from the
date of production.
Packaging:
20kg/Plastic Pail (for Cr-10 and Cr-30)
25kg/Plastic Pail (for Cr-50 and Cr-80)
