General Information:
ATPN-TM-N is a water-based suspension agent offering excellent transparency, high thixotropy, high viscosity, and superior suspension properties.
ATPN-TM-N is a synthetic layered silicate, appearing as a white, non-toxic, odorless powder with a fine texture. When mixed with water, it rapidly hydrates and expands, forming a highly viscous, transparent gel with a "card house" structure.
Recommended Use:
ATPN-TM-N exhibits exceptional gel formation, suspension, thickening, thixotropic, and adsorption properties. It serves as an effective thickener, thixotropic agent, and suspending agent in water-based systems. Ideal for various pesticide formulations, including transparent bactericides and other dosage forms.

Usage Guidelines:
1. Addition Levels: Typical usage ranges from 0.1% to 1.0% ATPN-TM-N, depending on desired system consistency.
2. Dispersion: ATPN-TM-N is hydrophilic with rapid hydration. Use high-shear dispersion equipment and stir for 10–15 minutes to ensure complete dispersion. It can be added directly or as a pre-gel (5% concentration) to the formulation.
3. Low-Shear Conditions: For low-shear mixing, allow the pre-gel to rest for 12 hours to avoid post-thickening.
4. Synergistic Use: ATPN-TM-N can be combined with organic gels for enhanced synergy, improving viscosity, yield value, and stability compared to single-gel products.
Storage:
Store ATPN-TM-N in a cool, dry environment. Exposure to high humidity may cause moisture absorption.
