Features and benefits
1. Designed for high filler loading
2. Strong adsorption to the inorganic filler surface
3. High affinity for silicone binder resin
4. Narrow polydispersity and high purity
Applications
Filler Dispersant, Functional Paints, Thermal Interface Materials
Recommended usage
? For dispersant application
By mixing SOD-M1042 with filler and binder resins such as silicone, a uniform filler dispersion solution can be obtained. It can be obtained by either integral blend method or dry process method.
? For substrate surface treatment
Substrate surface treatment can be performed by mixing SOD-M1042 with a solvent, applying and heating.
